We are still running into some issues with e-mails getting lost in cyberspace -- coming AND going -- with no bounceback messages. If you have your HEX code -- even if you've already sent it to me! -- PLEASE take a minute and put it (and your serial number) in your User CP as well. It is a HUGE time saver for us (and you!), and we would be tremendously grateful!
