Default HELP! not finding PCM

so i did some electrical work on the truck yesterday and i unhooked the battery. I left the gryphon plugged in and when i turned the truck back on the programmer says it cannot read the pcm. i believe it said error F1. any help to get back to normal would be greatly appreciated. the truck obviously still runs great but i cannot read anything on the display because of the error message. please help

You can try this.....unplug the Gryphon, turn the key to the on position (but don't start vehicle), plug Gryphon back in and this should re-initialize your programmer in 15-20 seconds or so.

Cool! Glad it worked! Just so you'll know, I did something like that once. Disconnected the battery with the Gryphon connected, then reconnected the battery and was horrified when I saw the Gryphon's screen as I turned the ignition on. But then I remembered that disconnecting the battery is sort of like unplugging the Gryphon. The ignition has to be on before you plug it back in!

After a while, we all get smart enough to figure everything out. :o

The efans are a nice bolt on. I have more low and high rpm power. especially the higher rpms. The air conditioning is freezing now. im not sure how many mpg i gained, but the fuel needle is noticeably slower. engine revs quicker. the steering is a little tighter, but this makes the steering response feel more sporty. here is a direct link http://ffdynamics.com/f15034B.html. the kit has everything you would need
