Help Minotaur window "disappears" after updating from v3.02.01.0326 or earlier.

It has come to our attention that there is a weird bug in the Minotaur software that causes the actual window to be placed off screen when opening the application. We've not determined exactly why this happens and it doesn't seem to do it on every computer, but it appears to be related to certain computers or video cards based on how the memory handles the graphics.

We made an update in v3.02.01.0340 that changed how Minotaur handles self-positioning on the screen so that we can save the window state on exit. This way the window position and size is always the same when you reopen it. If you are updating from a version prior to this one, you may experience this odd situation.

If you open Minotaur and you can see the active control in the taskbar but don't actually have the window on the screen, this is very likely the issue that you're running into. As of v3.02.01.0360, we have included a simple fix to address this issue. To correct this, press:

[Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Home]

This will position the window to the top-left corner of Monitor 1. From there, you can relocate and resize the window and then it will store that position upon exit.

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause. As I say, it doesn't happen on every computer. However, when it does, I can see it being extremely frustrating.

Take care.
