Default methanol injection

Anybody out there running a methanol/water injection system on their 5.4? Thinking about doing that to mine and didn't know if someone else out there has done that already and could share how good/bad of an idea it is.

Are you running forced induction or an N/A 5.4?

It is a naturally aspirated engine. I've heard you see greater benefits with forced induction but didn't know what gains in hp and torque one should expect in my case.
