Benefits from programming a '09 or '10???

Searching countless other posts here and on other forums, it seems that there is almost NO data on how much power is gained by programming an '09 5.4. The PHP dyno charts from 01/09 are the only data available - how this compares to what is actually produced now that programmers have been released over 1.5 years later is unclear.

Requests:
1. Please publish a recent dyno run with an '09 or '10 5.4 that runs the tunes that you will offer with the Gryphon.
2. Can someone that has PHP tunes (or anyone else's) currently running, say from an XCAL3, publish how it affected their power (subjective) and gas mileage?
