Thank you, Jack. I appreciate the understanding and am glad that things have worked out. I wasn't trying to be a jerk and apologize if I came off that way. I would have been very happy not owning a diesel at this point.

I was not trying to be be rude and im sorry if it came off that way. What i was getting at was that with bill being gone there may be a back up waiting for them when they return,, As i do work for them, I just turn wrenches in the shop, I do not do any programming, (i leave that kinda stuff for the white collar people...a.k.a. as bill ,corey, and cody...)...just kidding...I truley am sorry for coming of harsh if i did to you.. I hope you get up and running very soon...If you ever need anything for your truck feel free to email me at brad@phptune.com I will help you in anyway i can.. I hope you and your family have a very merry christmas

Since you mention it....

If you and a friend both need a reflash, we could do both trucks at the same time remotely and the deposit would only be charged to one of you . I realize that this information comes a bit late in the game though.

Thanks for understanding.

Thank you, Cody. I appreciate the offer but I got this after I mailed off my FICM today. I sent it Priority Mail but I just saw the post about the office being closed on Thursday when it should arrive. Not sure how that will work, but hopefully it will make it back to the office on Monday when someone is there.
Thanks again for your help, guys and Merry Christmas to all of you as well!

Robin

The office is closed on Thursday? Nobody told me that!!

I have to get a little higher on the food chain around here I guess.

Robin, I'm not seeing you as a jerk at all. Thanks for being patient with us while things get worked out. I don't think a "Thursday Office Closure" will have any effect at all. Unfortunately, mail travel time in the Christmas season WILL have an effect.

I hope Bill will be able to get you back in business quickly, and, that it won't be too hard on your pocketbook. This is not a good time of the year for extra expenses, is it?

- Jack

ford should not have to program it for the truck to be able to run and drive, alliant power released a document on july 20th 2010 stating that they released remand FICMs to the market and all are shipped with the latest FICM calibration in them. this isnt to say it will be the exact calibration your truck should have but it will run and drive with no issues and get you by until php can reflash it.
