Default CS compatability with a F150 7700

I just spoke with Edge about their CS product and they informed me it would not work with my 2002 F150 4x4 with the 7700lb payload package, it has the 4R100w transmission. they suggested I post on this forum to see if your CS product would work with my truck? Any info would be appreciated..

There was a thread about this same subject posted a bit ago, here is the link http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/gener...0-package.html, and from what I understand both of you should be able to get a working programmer from PHP! To be sure (if I remember right), find your computer code on the actual computer, it should be a serial number, and send that to Bill in a PM, not an email. They tend to respond more quickly through the Forum, plus others who know more than I do also have great input . Check the thread I linked to, I didnt read it very thoroughly so it should help more! .
Hope that helps!

they edge cs does work on the 7700, i just posted a question asking about this. it told me it didn't have a stock tune and went ahead and let it reflash it (foolishly in hindsight) but so far it seems to working okay, all custom options like shift firmness seems to work. plus it suppose to work on 97 f250 and the same year super duties all same engine and tranny.
