Default Hex code...

How/where can I find it? Or can I just put the VIN on the order form and Bill can figure it out? Or do I get the code off the programmer when I first install it, then order the tunes? Any help is appreciated!

Second guess is correct ...... The code shows up when you first install your Gryphon. Send the code with your tune selections on to them via email and be sure to include your name, order #, etc so that your order and hex get matched up.

Once you get the hex code, you can add it, your unit model and serial numbers, and any other details you'd like to add to your User CP. Some of these are hidden from ordinary folk, but Bill and Corey can see them if necessary. Having that information in your CP might help in recovering a "lost"/(stolen) unit too - or at least you'd know who had it!

Ahh, right on, that's a good idea! I'll be sure to do that...I don't know how long it will take my Gryphon to get here, I sent the order form off this evening and I'm pretty anxious to see how this truck will run without the factory "bottlenecks"! I'm sure it'll be even harder to wait for the custom tunes to get in and see what she can really do...
