hello all. name is clarence and i live in manitoba. just signed up and hoping to learn more about ficm tuning. i keep reading though on hex codes. i am guessing that is strategy's??
anyway, just thought i would say hi.

Welcome! and yes the hex code and the strategy are the same thing, just on different trucks. My F-150 has a Hex code, most diesels call it a strategy. The only difference I can see is that the strategies are a lot more varied in application, and they seem to be updated from ford more often.

hey cody. yeah it was good to get some q's answered. i was going to put my name down for the remote tuning but see now that you cant ship it to canada die to time reasons. understand totally. so i will have to wait and see as we use it to pull our camper. unless i find a used one which would be nice!!
