Question Lost TFT after battery drained to 4 volts TFT displays N/A

My 08 F-250 batteries drained down to 4 volts. After charging them my Gryphon 6PFD64-0708 programmer shows "N/A" on the TFT.

Everything else operates normally.

Should I reset to the factory tune?

The diagnostics don't show and touble codes.

I tried your tech line but it was busy (678) 963-9913

Thats weird, I would try unplugging the gryphon then plugging it back in to clear some of the memory.

I agree with Longshot. The 4 volt battery charge acted like a disconnected battery to the Gryphon. With the ignition ON, unplug the Gryphon, wait about 15 seconds, and then plug it back in. Let us know what happens.

Thanks that fixed it. After I plugged it back in the box that had the TFT said regen "OFF". I changed it back to TFT and it read 124 deg F.

Thanks for the help. CPP.Dave
