When you attempt to find a file in Sniper, you have to change the ".pcm" to "all files" in the lower window. Then you'll see it.

I wonder if the Sniper burners use a different method of identifying a multi-position chip. As I understand it, they are all supposed to be the same except for the ID numbers but maybe there's something I'm missing.
Anyway, like I said... If you want to send me any chips you are having issues with, I'll be happy to fix them for you. Take care.
