Default New from Florida

Hello everyone. I recently bought an edge evolution and now, after more research, I should of got the gryphon. I have an 05 screw, 5.4L, I hear they can run lean with an Edge and CAI. I have an Airaid intake tube not a CAI, does anyone think that combo could cause a lean issue? Eventually I'll get the gryphon so I wont have worry about it. How much does the upgrade/tune cost? Thanks for any help.

You can disregard my question "How much does the upgrade/tune cost?" I found the answer here on the forum. I guess I should of looked before I asked.

For the lean issue, it can possibly cause a problem. I have an 05 F150 as well and there could be a problem, especially with all the extra dense air from sea level... but the water in the air might mitigate that haha! , sorry im not a fan of humidity , I would do like i was advised and run the tow tune until you get custom tunes, the reason is that the town tune runs a little richer, so it will be better if you are getting a little lean with the CAI. Hope this helps!
