Default Greetings From Arizona

Hi!

I'm Keith. I live in Gilbert, Arizona, just east of Phoenix. How are you all?

I'm new to the world of full-sized Ford trucks. I drove a '92 Ranger XLT Ext. Cab 4.0L for almost 15 years. She succumbed to the wraths of age. I decided to upgrade to a full-sized truck.

I just brought home my new, to me, F150 this last Friday. It's a 2008 F150 STX Standard Cab 4.6L with just 20K miles on the clock. Couldn't afford a new truck. This one is just like new. Being the consumate tinkerer that I am I just know I won't leave it alone. I'm a hot rodder and racer, so performance is my main goal. I'm used to tuning old hot rods and muscle cars. This new computer age is a bit of a mystery to me. I get a little intimidated by the maze of wire and hose under the hood of new vehicles. I do know that the same old rules apply, more air and fuel, more power. It's just applied differently these days.

So I'm here as a future customer of PHP and to learn all I can about my new truck. Thanks, in advance, for all your help and advice.

Have A Great Day!

Howdy, before you spend money on a commercial CAI look into the gotts mod for the 4.6L trucks and older 4.6/5.4L.

This is about what yours would look like.
