Hi all, found out about PHP on several forums (FTE, TDG, etc). Hopefully I'll get the FICM tuning done soon, both for me and for my dad's truck. Both are '03 6.0L with VXAP1 strategy (EBP sensor recall). Looking first to find out how much gains are to be had on that strategy and how the newer inductive heating treats the FICM. I'll probably get one done, run it for a while, get ID tunes, and if I have compatibility issues (probably won't) I'll give that one to my dad for his truck.

First , let me say welcome.. You will find alot of useful info on here, and alot of good people willing to help.. Bill and corey aren't to bad either.. Just kidding. They are the best. I had my ficm tuned, i cant remember my statagy of the top of my head. There where a few cold start start issues at first but bill quickly took care of that and explained why I was having problems. I personaly loved it..had alot more bottom end and mid range power was very good.Even gets better fuel milage with..As with anything, all trucks react different to everything.I hope all goes well for you and good luck.Look foward to hearing more from you.

Welcome! Nice to see other Oregon people around. I miss home. Currently stationed in North Carolina.

I just got a Phoenix chip for my 1995 7.3 PSD and it is GREAT! I'm sure you will be very happy with whatever product you get from PHP.
