Clap Thank you Bill

I want to take a moment and publicly thank Bill for his help yesterday. I called him about a couple of DTC's that popped up, and were completely unrelated to my Gryphon. Bill spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, and provided a number of invaluable documents to aid in my trouble shooting process, as well has his own take on my situation.

As one small businessman to another, I can't tell you how much I appreciated your valuable time, especially considering the Ford dealership where I bought the truck and spent considerably more money than I could ever spend with PHP wouldn't even talk to me.

Thank you again Bill, I owe you one........and the next drink is on me.

Dave in Kansas City

Great feedback sir! I'm sure Bill will be pleased when he sees it.

That's a nice looking set of wheels you have too! I kind of wished I'd stayed with a bed cap that was the same height as the cab, but I wanted the little extra room. I guess you can't have it all. Wish my truck was the stone green too, instead of the "dark copper". I think that green is a beautiful color.

I thought your thread would be better seen here in the Gryphon programmers.

I go through General Support and "clean it" once a month.

Nice looking truck!

Well Jack, there are times I wish the cap was taller, and times I wish it wasn't on there at all.....it's all a compromise. And for what it's worth, I really like the dark copper, it's very classy.

Yes, Bill was GREAT when I got my Gryphon also. Could not get the program to load, he called me back after hours and stayed on the phone untill we solved the problem.

Yeah, but I answered the phone and transferred the call!

So glad he could help you out, Dave. He hasn't had time to get on any forums lately -- including ours! -- but I will make and tell him about this one as soon as he's finished with a customer.
