Default questions

im looking at getting a edge cs as the older style is no longer available.
while doing research ive noticed that the old one claimed
25hp 40ft/lbs the new cs/cts- 15hp 25ft/lbs at 93 why less power

also I own the 7700 series which is basically a f250 light duty. same engine but has the 4r100 tranny in it vs the reg. 4r70. is php familiar with this difference, does it even make a difference in the tune? im currently borrowing a plain edge cs to see what its like, and it told me that i already had a non stock tune. curious if that's true(im 2nd owner) or maybe the 7700 would have a different tune from the factory then a normal f150?

also they changed the heads on 5.4s in 99 to PI heads(better flowing) a 25hp and 15ft/lbs of torque increase, wondering if you guys can custom tune to take advantage of that or is it pretty much all the power been tapped out?
