Default ipr quedtion

Would a bad ipr cause bad fuel mileage? I went on a trip and got 18 mpg with a fuel leak. I fixed the fuel leak and drive to work and back then I got 13mpg. I have a new one coming maybe so hopefully I can fix it!
Thanks

How are you calculating mileage? Overhead display or by hand?

Dang, you should put the fuel leak back. :yikes:

The IPR can have an effect on fuel economy, but I'd suspect that you'd notice some pretty severe performance issues as well. Do you have any way to observe ICP and see if it's dropped off? That would be a pretty sure way to tell if there is a problem.

Let me know.

I have tried to minitor my truck before and none of the readers worked. I still have that idle issue. I just bought a car cause this month i put 600 hundred in the tank.
