So I've been playing with the stock edge tunes while I patiently await my re-written custom tunes, and my serp belt is squealing at WOT shift 1-2. I'm reading a lot of good reviews on the Gatorback belts. Do any PHP members recommend them?

I think I want to change belts this week (truck has 60k on it, so about the right time), and I cannot, for the life of me, find a consistent belt length recommendation (i've seen 101.5 -> 103.25") ... that's a big range.

I have a 2004 Supercrew FX4 , new body style, 5.4L 3-valve. Anyone know off the top of their head what length or Gatorback PN? I'll keep researching...

What length is in the manual? I'd imagine it is in there considering it is something you'll have to change out in the life of the vehicle.

I cannot believe this is the first time I've been to RockAuto. I feel like the auto-gods have just shined a light down on me!

Installing the new Gator belt today. I will update on the squealing if it changes.

Where do I check on the status of my tunes? It's been about 60 days and was just wondering if I could get an update Cheers

Noticeable difference!

No shifting issues!

No belt squealing!

Feels like the truck is running tighter, even at idle. I probably could have done it by myself, but it really helps to have 2 people, took about 15min.
