Default What is a preferred strategy during roll back

I just ordered the FICM programming with roll back. The current strategy is vxcf9na. What is the preferred strategy for the roll back.

In 2005 was getting 16-17 mpg with good power. Took to the dealer for service ECM was flashed and mileage dropped to 15 mpg. FICM fried in December 2009 and dealer replaced under warranty. After that truck has not run right, 12-13mpg and no power.

Just wanted to understand if Bill can go back to the 2005 calibration or is there another calibration that is preferred.
