Get to spend more money.

Valve cover gaskets and harnesses.

I've had the rear driver's side harness give me fits the last couple of days (missing/cutting out intermittently at certain RPM) and today on the way back from town it finally petered-out. I hate driving 12 miles on one bank of cylinders.......

But I wasn't stopping in a blizzard at 18 degrees to play with it along side the road.

Wouldn't you know, 2 miles from the house it started working again.

Common problem. After 234K, I guess the stock plastic connector retainers gave up.

The driver's side is done. I just had to put more wood in the fire here in the house.

they sell a repair kit to fix the clips, it comes with 2 locks, one for each side. much cheaper than a uvc and fixes the problem.

I am gonna start gathering parts to do mine. I figured when I am in there doing injectors might as well change them out also, along with glow plugs, bellowed up pipe and a few other goodies.
