Default Poor mpg's and loss of power after trip to the dealership

I have an 06 f250 and my old strategy was VXCF9H7 and I was getting an average of 14.5-15.3 mpgs n town and 19-22 on interstate. This summer had to restuded my truck and replaced turbo with a powermaxx and they re-flashed my truck. My strategy is now VXCF7H3 and I now get 11.8-12.3 mpgs in town and 15.4 is now my max mps on the interstate and seemed to have lost a good bit of power I don't know if something is messing up in my engine, the powermax was not a good upgrade for me, my new tune is no good, or the new strategy just sucks. It might be a combo of a few. Idk but it's pissing me off that I can't figure out what's wrong. I have custom tunes from innovative and I run the extreme street as my Daily driver

You nailed your problem! VXCF7 is miserable. We can roll you back to VXCF4H2, which should make you .

It may take a while to get your roll back done, mine took about four weeks. I had some custom tunes worked up by Bill but when he gets done you'll like your ole beast again. Check out my results....
