I hate to say this, but you might be out of luck for 10 days. I believe that Corey and Bill have left on vacation by now.

Well you are either going to get it one way or another.
Meaning if it was to be shipped on the 29th then it was. But if it was forgotten in their preperation for their trip then it's going to be awhile longer.
Sorry bud, they are only human and things happens.

They go out of there way to help everyone here!
Their is only the 2 of them running the company.
It just so happens that they were getting ready to go do a live tune plus going to go to sema. A live tune event usually takes a week to get everything together not to mention the months of scheduling that's needed before hand.
All customers are treated equally at PHP!
Its a matter of timing.
I truly sorry if you are disappointed.

Lars

Great to hear your runs at the strip were good ones!

A little more explanation: there are only 3 moderators on this forum and we are all volunteers who accepted the duty to help PHP. Our contacting PHP is the same thing you have to go through. I wish I could have helped you more but due to remote limited access only through the forum my hands are tied. The one thing that really helps is that you did a good job of starting the thread in the right place!
