Default Transcommand, Gryphon

I have a new to me truck, which has a converted edge/gryphon with canned tunes. I noticed I have a Banks transcommand unit on the truck also. Should I be removing this unit, or plugging in the bypass plug with the gryphon tuner?
My problem is if I drive aggressively, the trans shifts in and out of OD, D with the foot feed to the floor? I'm on the 100hp tune btw.
Thanks

I don't know diesels very well, but if I remember right it is better to not have the transcommand when you have a Gryphon with custom tunes installed unless the tunes you have already take into account the transcommand thingy...
I personally would try it without the Banks thingy installed and see if you like the shifting better.

Just plug in the bypass and you should be good to go. Reversing the wiring damage done by the Transcommand install is a pain in the *** and it's not worth anything in regard to resale.
