Default should I install a cold air intake?

I have an opportunity to purchase a cold air intake for $100 its model K&N 77-2556KP, My truck is 2005 5.4 F150. After reading some of the post here and on other forums I am wondering if it’s worth the trouble to get the small gain.
My decision on this is time sensitive because I have sent my edge in to get converted with two custom tunes (89 performance & 89 tow) if you believe I should Install the cold air intake I need to let Bill or whoever writes these right way to change my order to include the cold air intake.
My edge should have been delivered there 04/14/11

I think you should pass on the intake and do the gotts mod. It has the same effect but at a fraction of the cost, even at your deal, and it does not require any consideration for tuning.
