Default gryphon 6.4 many problems.

I have a gryphon black magic serial gpfd64-0708. anyways i ama ford tech and i have a problem. i re-calibrated a 6.4 and the programmer will not work. it comes up with a calibration error 8u7acg needs update. so, whatever i download the software and update. everything seemed to be going fine. then it said it had a timeout on port 5 and it closed. now i re-try and it has a run time error 5 message when i go to the update screen. also i am a little worried because the ford calibration files are very new and according to the update manager it says the last update to the gryphon available calibration was 1/22/09. please help this customer is pissed.

I believe this issue is resolved. If there are no further updates, we'll close this over the weekend.
