Default 2004 F-150 Upgrades

I am new to the forum and new to modifying my existing vehicle. I have a stock 2004 F-150 5.4 4X4 SuperCrew (117K miles) that I have had since it was new. It runs very well, but does have the "ticking" I think if most likely a cam phaser issue. I don't know whether to try to get that fixed now as a priority or not. I plan to use seafoam, I know there so debate on whether it's good or bad.

I want to improve performance on my vehicle now. I have also purchased a 28' ToyHauler. The improved peformance is needed to help with that and I'd just like to have the performance when needed.

Right now I'm looking at the Gott air mods and a Gryphon.

I appreciate everyone's help and advise.
