Hello all, I am a new PHP customer. I just sent my edge in and it was suppose to get to PHP by Friday. If any of the administrators are on here and can confirm that then I would appreciated it. Also does anyone know the estimated wait time for an upgrade and custom tune?

Welcome to the forum, I join this forum 3 days ago. I think the wait time is about 1 to 2 months for what i have read on other threads.

Corey's the only one who can tell you if your unit arrived safely. And, she and Bill are the ones who know about how long upgrading takes. The rest of us can only guess.

I just recently got my programmer (upgrade) and custom tunes. Mine was sent in at a bad time, as Corey had surgery, but still everything went pretty smoothly, and I had it back in just over a month, maybe 5 weeks.
Of course, timing may change depending upon what other orders and events are scheduled, but it's worth the wait.

Current mods: AEM Bruteforce CAI, Magnaflow SI/DO, Gryphon-87 & 93 tunes, Harley head lamps, tinted windows, lower grille filler, and FX2 lower valance.

Welcome, Levi! We're glad you joined!

Yup, I have your package sitting on my desk. The turnaround time for upgrades is about 3 weeks or so -- totally dependent on our workload. I haven't opened it yet, so I don't know what kinds of tunes you're getting, but they'll be loaded and you'll be able to plug in your Gryphon and go!
