Does anyone know what the current turn around time is for upgrading the EVO to Gryphon?

Also...I am a bit confused with how the whole upgrade process works...I see i have to first upgrade my edge to a gryphon...and then get the custom tunes...I see all this can be done at once...but, if i only upgraded the gryphon, can custom tunes be downloaded online or do i have to send it in again?

Just asking so i can save my self the s&h charges...

1st ?
4-8 weeks approx

2nd ?
Now when the edge is sent in for conversion to the gryphon. The custom tunes get put on the tuner before its sent back to the owner. (Correct me someone if I'm wrong?)

3rd ?
PHP has a client server called pegasus. It has some neet things you can do for the gryphon. Remember always put the truck to stock before hooking up gryphon via usb cable to pegasus. Windows xp seems to be the best software to use pegasus on.

Anymore ?'s fire away!
