Kmack is on a distinguished road
Default Another new old guy

I just picked up my second E99 4X4 Lariat two weeks ago. I already owned a regular cab with about 115,000 miles. I bought this one used in 2001 in front of a guys' house in Missouri. I added AIS Severe duty, BTM, Superchips, Bilsteins.

It's a solid 20+ MPG truck but I needed more room for equipment when hauling dogs.

New truck is E99 4X4 Lariat S/Cab with 60,000 miles. It was the old "92 year old guy had it in his barn and none of his family wanted it" story.

I have decided I want the Gryphon CTS for the new truck. Probably will do DIY Tymer w/Donaldson filter and something on exhaust (still undecided between BTM or 4" complete system. That's probably all I'll do.

My goals are low end towing power and high MPG.

I am lurking here trying to get my education without asking a bunch of questions.

Here are a couple of pictures of my trucks from last weekend.
