im thinken about getten a tune for my stang

it has ported gt40p heads
explore intake
b303 cam with 1:72 ratio roller rockers
msd 6al-2
converted to mass air
24 pound injectors with pro m mass air
bbk fender mount cai
frpp headers
3inch x pipe with dumps
5 speed


ok my ? is what gets changed in a tune for my computer? these r pretty simple yet complex computers

does it just adjust timming,fuel trims? anything elc?

is it worth it?
