Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend
a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

My guess is that it has a Transcommand on it.....Banks likes to sell three different things to accomplish the same thing that most aftermarket programming companies do with one piece of hardware.

That will most certainly cause a harsh shift.

looked for it at the connector but only stock wires there and no sign of the module,
is it possible it is a code problem as you said before, i dont want to spend money to ship it if i'm just going to have the same problems

If it has one, Ive always seen them mounted to the body kind of under the pass door area. U'll also see wires coming from the connector going to that box

ok the truck has seemed to "learn" and the trans is shifting better is this possible?
It is still noticeable.
