The Conversation Pit This is where EVERYTHING else goes. No subject is too mundane. How's the weather in your area? Did your kid cut his first tooth? Really, what do you think about the President? And don't get me started on Cummins and Duramaxes. Have at it!

Default What vehicle do you miss?

Out of all the cars and trucks that you may have owned, or wanted to, what one or two do you miss the most?

To start, I miss my first and last Rangers. My first was a 1999 XLT with the "Sport" package. It was stock, but it had the 3.0L flex-fuel motor w/ a 5-spd. It was bright red w/ aluminum wheels. It ran 3X better than my next one w/ 3.0L & 5-spd; and I even managed to get up to 28 mpg with it on the open road at 70 mph w/ the A/C on.
My last one was a sonic blue '03 supercab XLT 4WD w/ 4.0L and 5-spd auto. I had a AEM CAI, a JBA catback, and Jet chip in it, with 32" Firestones. Gas mileage sucked, but with the mods it ran great. It also still fit in my garage too! I miss that.

So, what have any of you had that you miss now?

2005 350Z Roadster, Daytona Blue with white interior...I miss that car every (nice) day...but as the family got bigger, the 2-seater wasn't cutting it anymore...

It would have to be our 74 Road Runner with a 440 in it. It was originally a 318 but bigger is better. My mom did pick up a 78 Camaro at an auction one time, had it at the shop and romped on it and the front wheels came off the ground about 6 inches and she said that I would never have that car.

My 1978 GMC on 35's with a 383 stroker that I got for $250 and put $500 into it. Gas was a killer though. Sold it for $2,000 and he dumped another grand or two in it. Than sold it for $5,000! Sucks as the guy doesn't want to sale it.

I miss my 95 CC/LB Powerstroke. I kick myself in the butt every day...actually about every 20 minutes.

I had to give it away (sell it cheap) because bills were adding up and I realized that I needed a truck I could use. This thing was useless. It rode like crap, got horrific mileage, and had ZERO power. But it was so much fun to drive around. Yes, it would do 70 MPH during my 34 mile round trip interstate commute to work.

I built EVERYTHING myself except for the leaf springs. It started out bone stock and eventually over 2 years became this. It had 5 different lifts on it until I finally "settled" on 20 inches. The pictures show it with 44" Ground Hawgs and 49" Interco Iroks.

If I EVER had a chance to buy it back, I would in a heartbeat.

I know I'll get it for this one, but I miss my '99 Dodge 24valve Cummins. It was chipped, injected, and had the 5 speed, boy it was fun to drive.
