Bill said that he checks in with them every now and then and would do so again soon to see if they had an update.

I cannot imagine that they wouldn't seeeing how many people are using the Vista 64 bit platform.

I imagine Bill could write compatible drivers for this system, in all his spare time, but he'd need to have access to a Vista machine himself, and I think he's using XP only (just like me).

However, this IS going to become more of a problem as time goes on. Bill or Corey, do you know if Edge is addressing this issue with their Lightning/Fusion software?

Oh, sorry. I'm back now.

Bill actually did purchase a laptop with Vista last year so he could figure out how to make Vista work with Pegasus -- it's one of our 8(?) computers. Don't know about the 64 part, though.

I guess I would have to bring my Gryphon to work to update it because I have XP at work. It was hard getting a work around for my AutoCAD and Inventor software, I do contract CAD work, to work with 64 bit Vista until they finally released a 64 bit version of the software itself. I actually like the Vista operating system but it is a pain trying to get things to work sometimes.

BTW XP is not being released anymore to the public not unless you beg to ms. I think they stopped sending it to stores in Jan or Feb. I guess they are going to force feed people vista.
