CAI Question
I received my invoice today and of course am thrilled. I was wondering though it says on the invoice that it is not advised to use the canned tunes if you have a CAI intake. I was wondering since I don't have the CAI on yet should I just delay installing it or not?

Yes - don't install the CAI until you receive custom tunes that are calibrated for it.

Yes, Silly, but the second part says
If you have a CAI, you should be able to run the Level 2 canned tune -- which is an 87 Tow tune and tends to run richer -- while you are waiting for your custom tunes. The reason a programmer with canned tunes and a CAI don't play nicely together is because they are both doing their jobs by leaning out your truck. One lean = Okay to drive Two leans = Too much lean  Didja see how I used to, two, and too? Oh, I just kill me. Perhaps it's the Benadryl talking.Since the tow tends to run a bit richer, you can use it temporarily while you're waiting for your custom tunes. We just recommend that you stay around half throttle unless you're passing or something.
