Default I have a 7700

So I have a 2000 F150 7700 and from what I have read on other forums, the Edge is kind of hit and miss with these trucks. So I emailed the tech support at Edge and he said exactly the same thing; sometimes they work sometimes they don't. I believe it is having problems because of the bigger tranny than a regular F150.

I was just wondering if anyone with a 7700 has had this same problem with the gryphon or if Bill has fixed this?

Thanks

The gryphon seems to be more versitle than the edge. But Bill would be the mad doctor who would know.

If your transmission is not "standard", then the canned tunes in an Edge would probably NOT work well. But, assuming Bill knows this transmission, he should be able to write custom tunes for you.

It's probably a simple yes/no response that PHP could answer by email or PM.

To the best of my knowledge, we've not had any issues on a 7700 version F150. However, if for some reason we do not have the calibration natively supported in the programmer, we can always add it in as a downloaded update.

Hope this helps.
