Default checking on tunes.

I was wondering if there is anyway to check when your custom tunes are going to be done. I read something on the f150 forum there was a two week turn around now, so I wasnt sure when tunes ordered a few weeks ago were going to be done. Im just excited to get them. Thank You.

I just posted this in another thread: http://dygytalworld.ehost-services13...50&postcount=5

So, you COULD connect your Gryphon to the PC to see if they are ready.

I somehow vaguely recall reading that Bill had gotten the wait for custom tunes down to around four weeks now. I might be all wrong on this though.

A couple of weeks ago (I think it was No Phones Week), I pulled a bunch of people from the NO HEX CODE drawer and contacted them. Needless to say, we received a deluge -- okay, maybe more like a pretty good summer storm -- of HEX codes. Since tunes are done in invoice order, some of the "older" customers have gone to the head of the class.

Before someone asks, yes, we have thought about doing tunes in the order in which we receive HEX codes, but then what do you do about a customer who claims they e-mailed it to us but it got lost? Or what about the customer who had an emergency that took them out of town for several weeks (it's happened!) and he never even got a chance to install his Gryphon? After deliberating, we thought this was the fairest way to handle tunes.
