Hi,
I ordered last week a custom tune for my gryphon CS on the main page, but never received a confirmation email, just wonder what happened to the order? I never received a confirmation last time neither and also no answers when emailed, it lead to issues when receiving my custom tunes, I also would like to receive an email when the tune is done, The reference number was: 6529354 Thanx Joe |

Nope. When you finished your order, the message said:
We will e-mail you a copy of your invoice after your order is processed. Please be sure to register and update your programmer using Edge's Fusion software, or you will not be able to download your custom calibrations. You will receive an e-mail when your custom calibrations are completed and uploaded to Fusion. Don't worry -- you're not the first one to not read it. ![]()

I know im not supposed to ask for updates on orders here but the phones always busy and dont know where else to ask, its been a little over 2 months now, Is there anyway to know when the tune will be done?
