I got an 04 f150 5.4L
just K&N CAI and BORLA exhaust(boy I am proud of that) Goal on those were to save money on gas, and to beat my buddy's Chevy 2500HD >=) Turned out Borla didn't help at all on gas, and the K&N actually took away gas mileage. Asked WTF was going on from the boys on f150forum, and they told me I needed a custom tune with a Gryphon from you guys. I think as soon as I get a custom I will attempt my buddy on the strip. So, this is why I am here. Hope to learn a lot from you guys

Glad to have you with us!
You're probably running lean with the CAI and that hurts both your power and your mileage, not to mention possible damage to the engine. A custom tune would correct those conditions and would probably improve your gas mileage. - Jack
