Help How do I get my custom tunes onto my new Gryphon?

I just received an email saying my custom calibrations are done and that I need to update and/or download Pegasus software. Huh? I was under the empression that since they had my unit there for recasing and update firmware that they would alrwady have my custom tunes on the unit. Atleast that was what the website said when I first placed my order. But i may be wrong. In either case, what is the truth? If I am good to go then cool, if not, then what do I need to do before I can use my Gryphon? I only have my old Edge Fusion software. Thanks for the help!

They switched over to recasing the programmer then you wait in line like everyone else for the custom tunes because then people would not be without their programmers for as long. You need to go to the PHP website and download the program Pegasus. Power Hungry Performance - Customer Support

I thought I was told since they have had my programmer they would automatically put my tunes on it. They still have my programmer and Cody emailed last night saying my calibration was done. Maybe I am confused. I will see if it comes pretuned and if not I will download the program.

I just looked under the products section. It says if you are having PHP upgrade your Evolution to a Gryphon your custom tunes will be uploaded prior to them sending it back to you. Will you check this out and see if you get what I am asking? As far as I can tell, that means my programmer will come with my custom tunes already loaded and ready to work on my truck. I searched under products, the clicked on the upgrading section and it says that. Agree? Thanks Longshot270!

I called PHP and Cody helped me. I will need to download the program and upload my tunes. Not all that hard I was told. Just had to make sure I was doing it right. Thanks everyone! And special thanks to Cody!

When in doubt.....
Look at the power programming level selection menu.
If your custom tunes are on it then the level(s) label will have "custom" in it....

Edit....
Earlier edge evolutions cannot have the labels changed then you must look at the version number....
