Default IPR Issues?

Have ya'll had any? And what did you do to remedy it? I'm thinking about cleaning mine and getting some new o-rings. Anyone done this?

They're pretty easy to rebuild, just be careful working with the thing. Here's a link with pics http://nwforddiesel.com/cgi-bin/yabb...custompage=ipr

The little oring is a -12 size and big one -114 both are Viton and of 90 durameter hardness. I get em from my local Cat dealer. Watch the little one doesn't get damaged when replacing the ipr and make sure the thin nut holding that coil on is snug or it will make the truck run like poo.
