Default Why I am here

Hello,

First time posting. I have an '02 Econoline, 7.3 w/174k. I have Stage 1 injectors and modified air filter. The truck is for work.

I converted injectors when I needed seals due to oil consumption and did so hoping to get better gas mileage and a couple tow options.

I have a 6 position TS chip originally purchased from Total Diesel Performance.

I am here mostly to try to figure out where my chip is. It has been 7?? weeks, I am losing track. I was told it would ship around 3?? weeks ago. My truck cannot be driven without the chip, so it has sat for almost two months.

I must tell you ever since my original breakdown, my truck has been sitting and sitting, first at the dealer, then my mechanic, then waiting for TDP, and now again waiting for PHP. So this latest waiting period is killing me. I have been loading up my wifes Suburban with tools and materials while she totes our four kids around in our little Ford Escort. Friends dare not ask me about my truck anymore.

The three reasons I came to PHP. Recommended by Jim at Rosewood. Owners are believers. Hoping to get better service than at TDP.

I need my truck back really bad. Please send me back my chip. I just hope programming will solve my problem. I can't, or I should say, my wife can't take another 2 months.

I have waited and waited. Over the past 2 weeks, I have begun calling. There is no voicemail and I have never gotten a real person. So that is why I am here.
