Default trip from nc to nj

just wanted to share my mileage with you guys. i drove 680 miles on friday to Rockaway NJ from Mt Holly nc . With the wife driving she averaged 18.5 and with me driving 19.7 miles . this was on the 87 tow tune . Im super happy with this i had alot of junk in the truck (kids toys, bikes, three suitcase, golf clubs, some tools, and a pear tree )I would say about 700 pounds give or take .But the shifting is great even in the hilly section of rockaway. just the mileage with my wife was great bcause she on the gas hard off the and so on and so on so thats my story. On the way home im doing 93 octane on the 93 tune give me a heads up on if i should try bumping the timing on the 87 tow tune for 93 octane or should i try the 93octane with 93 tune and see how that does thanks for the info Shawn

Try to use the tunes for what octane they were written for.
Then you will get the biggest bang for your buck.

x2 I agree...

I just drove 330 miles and I wish I averaged 19+. I think mine was 16.8
