The "Load Previous Settings" is at the *Bottom* of the list. I know, it's a dumb place but that's the way they had to handle the menuing to make it dynamic. Go figure.

I am not certain as to why the Custom Option for the tire size didn't work, or even worse why it froze up. Give me a call when you have time and we can walk through everything and see what exactly is going on.

Keep in mind that you do NOT want to do Custom Options until you have completed a full programming session. It is a bug in the firmware that allows you to actually select Custom Options without first reading a valid stock file from the PCM. If you had already done a programming session, then this doesn't apply to you, but if you didn't then it might be responsible for why the unit froze.

As for break in period... do you mean the engine? In most cases, you should let the engine break in for about 3000-5000 miles, or basically the first oil change.

Hope this helps.
