To get the programmer itself is 5-10 business days.
As per their website. 4-6+ weeks for the custom tunes.
Once you get home you'll imediately want to plug it in and get your hex calibration from your truck's pcm.
Put it here in your user profile and email it to them.
Hope this answers your questions.
Thanks for your service to our country.
Peace!

You will install Fusion and create a Fusion account. Then you will connect your CTS to the PC and download any updates. You can then take your CTS to your truck and connect it to get your hex code, which you need to make sure PHP receives. Once they create your custom tunes, you will install them on your CTS using Fusion.

ok well that clears alot up hehe. now my other question is i dont do hardly any towing at all but i love to drive my truck alot and care alot about performance and MPG also. I was planning on a 87 performance tune and a 91 performance tune but when loooking at the vid the cts already comes with a mpg tune and also a aggresive perf tune. can you tell me anything behind these. plus i am going to be oredering int he nex couple of days but i wont be able to get my hex code to you guys until i return in a couple of weeks will i still be able to get the 1 free tune i plan on getting 2-3 now but i am only curious. any light you can shed is very helpful, plus when i ge longtube headers and high flow cats to a true dual exhaust will i need to get a new custom tune to accomadate that? or will it still run the same as with a regular sido exhaust i know my performance will be better i am only curious to learn more lol. thanks again
