Default NEW CS is great! One question...

Hey all, just got my tunes for new Gryphon CS, downloaded them, installed in truck. I love the CS, but I do have one issue...when you cycle menu options, etc. is the down arrow button supposed to function? i.e.- when you push down, the cursor SHOULD go down, right? Mine does not...not sure if anyone had similar issue/etc... Thanks ahead of time!

Mick, do I understand that you can't access any menu option but the "default" one at the top of each menu? If so, that's a problem. It sounds like something in the firmware that Bill will have to fix.

Can you get to other options by using the "Up" arrow? I.e., if the cursor is at the top, does pressing Up-arrow move the cursor to the bottom and then up to each selection in turn?

I can access all menu and select any options using "ENTER" key. I can browse the menus using the UP arrow, the down arrow just not move the cursor. I believe it to be a hardware rather than a software issue... Working with Bill now to try and fix it.

Glad you've gotten with Bill. You're right, since that unit uses actual "buttons", I suspect it IS a hardware problem.
