In deciding between a Gryphon or Phoenix, I had a couple of questions. First, it seems that the Gryphon tunes and Phoenix tunes can be set up identically. In other words, any tune the Phoenix can do, the Gryphon can do and vice versa. Is this correct? Also, would it be safe to say that the respective tunes, and their performance, in either product would be indistinguishable from one another? If so, do the list of differences below pretty much sum up what makes them unique:
- The Gryphon can pull codes unlike the Phoenix (can it pull all codes like an AE?) - You must stop and load the tune on the Gryphon rather than shift on the fly like the Phoenix. - Gryphon plugs into OBD port rather than in back of ECM Thanks for any help!
