Hello All. I just received my invoice for my CS and should have it in hand next week.

My invoice shows:
1:Custom - 87 Performance
2:Stock - 87 Tow
3:Stock - 93 Performance

If I understand correctly, once I recieve the unit I will need to email my hex# and wait for the 87 Performance Tune? Or will it come preloaded?

And in the meantime, run 87 Tow as my daily driver?

I have 06 F150 5.4 Screw FX4, it's all stock. Gryphon will be first upgrade. Any advice appreciated.

If you didn't supply a hex code with your CS order, then you will have to use the CS to get the hex code and then email that code to corey@phptune.com. From there, we will get your order in the que for your custom tunes.

And to followup on Cody's reply - yes, just load the Level 2 tow tune as your daily driver tune while you're waiting. It's what I did and it's actually a pretty darned good all-around tune. I think you'll see an immediate improvement.

Good deal, thanks. I can also run the 93 Performance while I wait as well, correct? As long as I want to spend the extra $.

Yes since you havent done any modifications the 93 perf tune will not hurt your truck at all. so you will be fine using any of the canned tunes that it comes with while you wait for your custom tunes.
