You will not have to send the CTS in for custom tunes. They are made available for direct download from your PC to the CTS using a PC program called "Fusion". The installation program for Fusion will be on a disk that you receive with the CTS when it is sent to you.

 Now the dealer had call me and tell me that he has update the PCM, but I had a faulty injector! Injector 1 gives him a code. He wants about 1200$ to change the injector! 700$ only for the injector! I'd seen injectors from Motorcraft on ebay.com for 220$ including shipping. So I decide to do this by my self. But is Injector the first (next to bumper) on the passenger site of the truck? Do I need a new gasket vor the valve cover? Should I change all injectors or only the faulty one! Is there a good manual with pictures to do it? I'd found some instruction, but I don't know if I understand everything when I'm doing the job. And if I once started, I will be primed for everything, because if I had to order something, I takes 2 weeks to get parts from the U.S. Thank you for your great support! Ugh! I am not a "diesel" guy, so anything I say is a pure guess.
We DO have some on the forum though, such as cleatus12r, Jeremy, and Soutthpaw. Hopefully, one of these guys will be able to help. - Jack

My CTS has arrived!
 It's great I'd tested first the extrem Mod and the different is impressive!  But I can't find the "Injector Balance Rates" in the Menu! Is it something I can activate?

Dang! I forgot to answer your e-mail... I'm sorry.
 Bill says that it's not supported on your programmer; he thinks it's available only for the Duramax. What is it that you're trying to do -- maybe we can help.

The problem with the HEX code I'd solved! I'd found the informations in the forum!  I have the problems with my injectors! The Ford dealer had found two faulty injectors, but the dealer is far away from me and I want to find mistakes by my self! Because the dealer is the only one who can do this and he took's a lot of money for the diagnostic job. I'd see the video on the edge site and it was the main argument to satisfy my wife, that I need the CTS! Hm, is there a way, that I can do this on my truck?

In effort to avoid confusion about which side is passenger/driver(not sure if your truck has seating like the U.S. or like photos I've seen from the Aussie members), here is an image. Valve cover gaskets are re-usable, so you shouldn't need to purchase them. Rev-X is a great oil additive which has cured some injector issues on certain vehicles. Might work or might not on your vehicle... if you didn't have the two week wait for each product it would be worth a try. Might not be a bad idea to get some even if you end up with injector replacement. PHP is a dealer for Rev-X.
 Injector balance rate is something that I have heard for '04 and later Duramax and 6.7 Powerstroke, not something for the 6.0

The left side of the truck is the driver side in Germany! Only Great Britain has the driver side at the right in Europe.
But my truck is a imported U.S. truck, because you can't buy this trucks in Germany! Thank you for the picture! Injector 1 and 3 are faulty in cold conditions. When the truch is warm there are no problems! I'm looking for this Injector Diagnostic for the future, because I'd to drive 100mls. to the dealer and he took's 100$ for the diagnostic. How works Rev-X??? It's very interesting! If it works, I'm the happiest man!
