Well I ordered my Gryphon CTS back in May, and have been loving it. I also ordered 3 custom tunes to accompany it. I knew well that i would be waiting for them and have no problem with that.

It's been just over 3 months now since i ordered the programmer and tunes and I've called a few times already to talk and everyone there is great to converse with.

I called first maybe a month ago and they said it would be a week, two at the most. Alright, no big deal, no rush.

I called again two or so weeks ago to follow up on the status of them and they somehow lost the papers and info on what exactly i needed so they got all that sorted out and told me i was at the top of the list. Awesome, I'm glad they got everything sorted out.

Well it's been another 2 or so weeks and I gave them a call 2 days ago and they said I would be receiving them either that day or the next. I have not received them and now with this office closure I'm just wondering if i will be waiting until September to get them or if they will still be working on tunes and putting them on fusion? I hate to be one of the many who makes a thread about tunes, and I'm not mad, just wondering where i stand with this whole office closure.

Issue resolved, called today and the tunes had been finished but there were some issues with the email and fusion side of things. Thread can be deleted.
