You've asked for it. Now you've got it. More tunes!
Hey all. Just wanted to let everyone know that we are now able to add more tunes on to the Gryphon CS and CTS devices. Because this will require a custom build, this option is ONLY available to customer that purchase custom tunes. Unmodified units will still ship with only the base calibrations.
So the next question is, "How many tunes can I run?" Well, how many do you want? I am currently running 9 on our CTS with no problems at all and have tested up to 20. I can't possibly imagine what anyone would need 20 for, but hey... it's available.  This format will also allow you to keep the original tunes that shipped on the unit and just add in your custom tunes if you desire. This provides a bit more flexibility for those planning custom modifications down the road. If anyone already has custom tunes and would like to have their calibrations rebuilt, we are certainly happy to provide that. However, because of the time involved to rebuild, there will be a flat $30.00 fee to rebuild and reset any existing downloads. We're very excited to be able to offer this and hope that this helps when deciding which calibrations to choose.  Take care.

That's great news!
But, I have a couple of questions... 1. I ordered my CTS and 2 custom tunes (87 performance and 87 tow) in early September. Does this mean when you've written my custom tunes and uploaded them to the Fusion server, I will have 5 tunes (three canned and two custom)? 2. When Edge figures out how to program the 09-10 TCM will this change either my custom tunes or the quantity I can have? 3. How long before Edge programs the 09-10 TCM? Guess that's three (sorry). Thanks!

I'm with you, Jack, and so is Cody. I've never really understood the need to have any more than a couple calibrations, but some folks just like to have options.

personally i like option`s....have been looking at your custom tunes and i a have it narrowed down to 5-6 tunes(which i am only allowed 3 on my SCT). also have been looking at CTS for my truck. do have some question`s regarding this, but will try and post it in proper section....

I WILL say, there are many people who DO want more than three tunes and this will definitely give the CS/CTS platforms a "one-up" (or maybe more) on the competing products.
Now, when it tunes the transmission in 09+ trucks and adds the other features 88racing mentioned, it would blow them out of the water. - Jack
